Quick Filters are shortcuts to find new and important files in the Data Room.

Who can access the Quick Filters?

All users in the Data Room can use Quick Filters. Each user's filters are their own, and other users can't see them. For example, your bookmarks and unread files are yours only.

Where are Quick Filters?

Quick Filters are in the left side panel of the Data Room, above the files and folders.

What can you find under Quick Filters?

Quick Filters can be found in the data room on the left hand side above the files and folders. It includes the following sections:

  • Bookmarks: files and folders you've bookmarked. To bookmark an item, hover over it and click the Bookmark icon, or right-click it and select Bookmark.
  • New since last login: files added since your last login.
  • Date range: files uploaded between two dates you choose. By default, it shows the last 30 days.
  • Unread files: files you haven't opened yet.
  • View only files: files you can open but can't download. What you see here depends on your Permission Group.

Note: New since last login and Date range aren't available when the Date Modified column is hidden for non-admin users.

If Staging is on and you can access it, switch between the Data Room and Staging tabs to filter each one.
